Donation FAQs

Is my donation eligible for tax exemption?

Yes. Dhara of Humanity is registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. Tick "I need an 80G receipt" on the donation form and we will email your certificate.

How is my donation used?

Funds go directly to the programme or campaign you choose. Our annual reports and audited financial statements are published on the Transparency page.

Can I volunteer if I have a full-time job?

Absolutely. Many volunteers contribute on weekends or remotely. Tell us your availability in the volunteer form and our coordinator will match you to something that fits.
